Fanny Baudry is Head of Content and Development at The Creative Studio. Fanny arrived at The Creative Studio from Banijay Group, where she served as Vice President, Global Acquisitions, Formats & Programs. She was one of the first employees to board the Banijay banner when it was launched in 2008 by Stéphane Courbit. She was responsible for building the acquisitions division and acquiring non-scripted formats for Banijay’s 21 subsidiaries, including Bunim/Murray, Air Production and Nordisk Film TV. Additionally, she played a key role in launching Banijay International, the company’s acquisition and distribution arm, in 2010 alongside Karoline Spodsberg. Having served as VP of global acquisitions formats and programs since 2012, Baudry spearheaded the company’s push into acquiring finished programming, co-productions and new business opportunities. She was responsible for inking such deals as  Banijay’s output deal with Lionsgate/CBS’s Pop channel; the innovative CBC creative partnership The Format Incubator; output deals with France’s La Grosse Equipe and La Concepteria, among others.


Scott Manson is Chief Operating Officer of SB Projects, a company at the intersection of music, film, television, technology, culture and social good. Scott leads the team’s corporate development initiatives including identifying and structuring partnerships for SB Projects as well as their elite roster of clients including Justin Bieber, Martin Garrix and Kanye West. His creative and strategic dealmaking skills are instrumental in overseeing business development opportunities as well as managing the company’s day-to-day operations.Prior to joining SB Projects in 2012, Scott served as an attorney in the Business Trial & Litigation Group at O’Melveny & Myers LLP where he worked on the firm’s most complex commercial cases for their Fortune 500 clients. In addition to his instrumental role in the discovery of Psy online, and as one of the creators of the highly rated CBS drama Scorpion, now in season four, Scott leads the charge on the company’s expansion outside of SB Projects core business of music. Scott spearheaded the creation of Silent Labs, a technology incubator with best in class partners from Israel.


Pelle Sjoenell is Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at Bartle Bogle Hegarty, a company whose creativity has kept them at the very top of the advertising world for the last 35 years. Pelle is overseeing the creative work for all of BBH's offices: LA, NY, London, Singapore, Shanghai, Stockholm and Mumbai. He most recently served as executive creative director for BBH Los Angeles, which he launched in 2010 after spending three years at BBH New York. BBH LA was launched to reinvent the agency's offerings by exploring new ways of working within the intersection of entertainment, technology and brands. In his time at BBH, Pelle has contributed to a variety of award-winning campaigns including the "Clean Your Balls" campaign for Axe and the "Dear Sophie" spot for Google, voted the best commercial of 2011 by Time Magazine. Throughout his career, Pelle has amassed a number of awards including 18 Cannes Lions, one of these a Titanium Lion, and a Grandy award.  


Sophia Jennings is the Creative Executive of The Creative Studio. She is responsible for seeking out strong projects for development and working closely with writers, producers, and directors throughout all stages of production. She's written for Rolling Stone, The Coveteur, Milk Studios, NYLON, and MTV.
